Yes!  You really can earn a good income working from home.  I do it and thousands of our students make money from home in their own real estate business too.  Following is an example of how you can earn monthly cash from while working from home.  Our objective in everything we do is to teach you how to make money from home but also to avoid risks.

EXAMPLE #3 - PERFORMANCE LEASE 
No Experience, No Money, No Credit, No License Required

Getting those big pay days as you saw in Example #1 & 2 are great but the reality is you have traded your old job for a new job.  If you're not finding deals every month, you don't get paid.  So it's a good idea to ALSO lean how to earn money from home in a real estate business that produces cash flow.  It does not take long to get enough cash flow coming in each month to replace the income from your job or to double your retirement income.  

Cash flow creates financial security and freedom.  Even if you can't work or don't want to work you'll still have money coming in every month. 

Using a Performance Lease you'll be able to do exactly that - and the good news is you don't even need to buy or own the house to profit from it.  And you don't need a real estate license to do any of the make money from home ideas we will teach you. 

Many of the members at CashFlowDepot have been able to create $5,000 to $10,000 per month in cash flow from their Performance Lease Business.  Here's how:

You find a house that's for rent or for sale and usually vacant.  (We'll teach you many different ways to find these type houses).    If the house is vacant, there's a good chance the owner is making payments on that house and the one they are living in.  So, that makes them what we like to call a "motivated seller"  

Sure they'd like to sell the house but what they really need is PAYMENT RELIEF!  So, you offer to lease the house from them if you can get the right to sub-lease to someone else.   The objective is that you'll make the difference between what you pay the owner and what you collect from your tenant.    Here's how a typical deal works:

You pay rent of $700 per month to the owner.   Tenant pays you $950 per month

So, you make $250 per month in cash flow!

Ahhh... but you're thinking what if the water heater breaks or what if the tenant does not pay me?  

Since YOU DO NOT OWN THE HOUSE you are NOT responsible for any repairs!  The owner pays for all repairs that need to be done to the property.

With a Performance Lease, your agreement with the owner clearly states that you will ONLY pay the seller when, and IF, you collect rent from your sub-tenant.  That is agreed to up front by the seller so there are no surprises by anyone. 

So, you're probably thinking why in the world would an owner agree to something like that?  Well, if they put their house with a property management company that's exactly what they would get.  But with a property management company they are dealing with hundreds, if not thousands, of houses and cannot give each house the attention it really needs.

So, you have a lot to offer a "motivated seller" who can't wait for you to call with an offer to lease their house so they are not stuck making payments on two properties any more.

A Performance Lease business is the ideas Work From Home Real Estate business because it takes very little time.  You can even start this kind of business working on the weekends or after work.
