I realize this site sells Jack’s books and that could affect the answers I get to my question, but here goes.
I consider all of Jack’s material timeless, but I’ve found that you do have to filter somewhat by the economic context of the time of publishing the book or seminar workbook. So I thought I’d ask which books seem more applicable to our current context? Or which techniques seem like things to try?
Otherwise, I know that there was a Coaching Call series which reviewed Jack’s books. It would be interesting to have a discussion forum for his books to discuss how to apply his thoughts and ideas in our present real estate cycle.

If you’re full of knowledge from all the training at CashFlowDepot and reading jack’s books but just can’t pull the trigger, then the Facing the Fear Factor book would be best
