You can also sell wholesale houses with seller financing. Every time you are talking to a seller you should always make 2 offers – one lowball all cash offer and one for a little more with seller financing. If you can negotiate to buy with seller financing, then you can sell with seller financing. This is an example of a wholesale seller finance deal my daughter did several years ago:
