Seeing more opportunities? Less opportunity?
Are you switching to different strategies?
What’s working? What’s not?
Are you seeing more people move in to your area? or people moving away because of violence?
Here in Panama, I’m seeing a lot of single family homes and business come on the market. But most of the prices are still WAY Too high. Six months from now they sellers may be much more motivated. There’s a lot more interest in rural properties with land to be able to grow food. But there’s always an interest in ocean front properties too IF it’s a single family home versus a high rise condo.
