    I love the creativity of this guy…

    I contacted him to see if he is available to do a Coaching Call in April.

    His book, Long Term Greedy is excellent.

    I’ve read his book and heard him speak at a local meetup in Austin, so I’m excited about this!

    Also, David Tilney had good things to say about him at David’s most recent Hassle-Free Property Management seminar.

    This is a lengthy video which is similar to the talk I attended.

    His business model is buying C properties really well for cash and then selling with owner financing. Turning renters into owners. Somewhat similar to Mitch Stephen in some ways.
