Hi! I just wanted to introduce myself to this community! My name is Deborah Myers. My business partner is my mom and great friend, Carole Rogers. I began investing in 2008. I mainly focused on short sales. I also formed a loss mitigation company that negotiated for the properties I was buying, as well as negotiating the short sales for realtors. In 2010, my only child, my daughter, passed away. That shattered me, quite frankly. I dissolved my businesses a few months later. Fast forward to 2017, I am in a much better place. Carole and I have joined forces, with combined experience in the real estate industry, of over 12 years. We are anxious to learn other strategies and to make a difference in the lives of others!
