  • Social contacts with real people is still a strong part of my business. I would say that at least one deal each year at the very lest comes form social contacts, from people I interact in the community I live in, from Rotary membership. Last Friday I just put a deal under contract. It was a referral from a banker friend that I have know for at least 15 years through a Rotary membership. It is worth 50K-55K with about $750 of touch up needed. I will sell it on contract for 62K with contract payments of $850.00 PITI. Oh yes the purchase price 23K. I am borrowing 32K from a financial friend paying him 7% with a payment of $555.00 per month for 6 years. We spit the down payment on the contract sale. Small deal but I think a nice one.
