We have a friend who has a beautiful piece of property right on the bay in the country of Montenegro and she needs to sell. The main house has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths on the second floor, main living and kitchen on the first floor, and a large 1 bed/1 bath penthouse suite on the 3rd floor. There are also 2 guest cottages, a building for entertaining and a 2 car garage (parking is a premium luxury in this area). The whole property is worth about 2.5 Euro which translates to roughly $2.8 million US dollars. She lives here in the states now and is looking for ways to sell to an international market. I would like to help her find ways to market it. Does anyone have any experience selling in this part of the world?
