These retirees are about to have more than just the carpet ripped out from under their future.These seniors fixed up and paid off their Florida mobile homes, could have sold them for $60k a few months ago, but may soon now be homeless.

There is a huge opportunity here to hire a mover to get all these homes moved out. The people may not be able to pay for the move so you’d need to get a note secured by the mobile home. But the big question is WHERE would you move them to. Many mobile home parks will not allow older mobile homes. So, you’d need to get on google maps, find all mobile homes in the area, then start calling to see how many spaces they have available, lot rent, and requirements of the home.
When I did my package deal of 64 mobile homes, they were all park owned homes. But many of the people in the park where in the same situation. They had to move but did not have a clue how to find where to move their mobile homes to or how to get it there.
Someone can save the day on this one and make some money.
