The only way to buy HUD homes with no money down is to take on a money partner who puts up the cash so you don’t have to. Remember, if a property is listed with a real estate agent or on a “list” everyone knows about it so you have less chance of getting a smoking hot deal. It is much better to work directly with motivated sellers – and I’m not talking about banks or REOs
