Last week I listened to the Jack Miller Negotiation Training Course. Great learning experience. By the way I listened to this while driving to and from an area about 45 minutes away to look for vacant houses. Today while waiting for a hair cut for 30 minutes I went back over the Jack Miller book Power Negotiation. I had read it several times over the years and have highlighted allot. That is how I got through it so quickly. Real good stuff. It never hurts to review. Use your dead time wisely.
