    Hello,

    If I do a performance lease and the owner currently has already rental contract with the tenant do I have to use there rental contract with the tenant and wait for it to expire so I can use my rental contract?

    You are bound by the current lease in place.

    Hi Jackie,

    After the current rental contract expires I can use my rental contract with the current tenant, correct?
