  • My friends Billy and Akaisha retired when they were 38 – which was more than 25 years ago. They have had all that time not working to explore the world, meet interesting people, see/feel how other cultures live, and just live a STRESS-FREE and very interesting lifestyle. I stay in touch often and visit with them when they are in Panama. I’ll see them in Guatemala next year.

It took courage for them to retire when they were 38 years old.

It takes courage to jump in to a real estate investing business.

It took courage for me to go from being a stay-at-home Mom to being a real estate entrepreneur

It took courage for me to move to Panama many years ago. (I’m SO glad I did)

It took courage to start a tour business in a foreign country.

But… it all worked out just fine!

It’s empowering to go down a non-traditional path.

It all starts with knowledge, a leap of faith and action.

This article will give you insights in to the courage to change

Billy and Akaisha live very well on less than $3000 a month because they live overseas.

My budget is even less because I own my house in Panama…and this includes international health insurance.

It does not take much money to retire early if you live overseas
