Hi All
We’re having a BLAST at the Extreme Success Panama Retreat. First day learned about Highest Bidder Sales and Master Leasing. Today we learned about the amazing benefits of owning an assisted living home then we took the afternoon off for an excursion in the mountains to go hiking in a rain forest and zip lining. Tomorrow is all about marketing and getting a flood of leads.
speaking of leads…
A friend emailed me a list of 21 properties in Texas he would like to sell. All are being sold with seller financing with 20% down and 5% financing. They are currently rented and in great condition. property management is available too.
I will post the list on Tuesday — get ready!Today I got a great leads for a house in Riverside California. I will post that on tuesday too. I will be back int= the office then.
Good news… I was able to find a videographer so the entire Panama Retreat is being recorded. More details soon.
