    We have a very motivated seller who would like to do a Highest Bidder Sale on their property there. We have a contract on the house. There is about $80,000 in equity. You MUST BE living in or very near Abilene to do this deal. Time sensitive.

    We will help with the HBS, tell you want to do, when to do it, etc…in exchange for splitting profits. You should make about $30,000 in a weekend maybe more.

    @Jackie,

    Did anyone take this up? If not, has the motivated Seller moved on, and went some other route to sell? I’ll be back in the country in a few days, and want to take this up if it is still available.
