  • Hi,

Just wondering if is possible to have the title company at closing to transfer the profits you make from a wholesale deal directly into your Roth IRA.

    Any feedback welcome.

    Thanks,
    Rafael

That is a no no. Now if you had a financial friend sell you one of his deals then yes
Of course he would want to buy one of your deals sometime in return

    Hi Rafael,

If you want to do a deal in a Roth IRA,

#1 You must already have placed your investment funds with an IRA Custodian in a “Self-Directed” IRA account.
#2 When you put the investment property under contract, you must write the contract as : “Name of Your IRA Custodian/ for the benefit of /Rafael Vazquez Roth IRA.”
#3 Use an attorney and/or title company who understands self-directed IRA investment transactions.

That’s the short version. I’m not an attorney or anything, but I would be happy to give more detail if you have a deal in the pipeline you want to put into your Roth IRA.

    Kathy/Don,

Thanks you both very much for the explanation. Really appreciate it.

    Thanks,
    Rafael
