When will this call be posted? Looking forward to this one.

Thank you Jackie. I spend so much time in my vehicle so that would be nice. Will that be available for only future calls?

    Don,
Do you have to pay the 3k now or after you sell the place? Also will you be filling any memorandum of option or how are you going to secure your agreement?

Awesome. Looking forward to that call.

Thanks Jackie for the detailed response.

Just curious, what is the differences between the 1 hour and 40 minute virtual real estate training in the “Premium Training” and the 1 hour and 40 minute video training for sale for $149.00? Minus the offer letter.

Thanks Everyone. I just wanted to see how MO strategy might flow.

    $650 is PITI
    Fixed/No Balloon.
    Mortgage Balance is $90,000

I’m the seller, so make me the 5 different offer pitch.

    Hi Ben,
I like your 5 offers… Do you mind showing how it might work with an example. Jackie, you can jump in to.
    My House:
    Market Value: 100,000
Homes rent for $800 Month (Going Rate)
Have 22 years left on 30 year mortgage
My payment is $650 month and My interest rate is 4.5.
    I’m wanting $95,000 for it.

How would 5 offers work on example like that..

    Hugh

    Great response. Thank you!!

Can’t wait to read the article.

    Hi Jackie,
Where do you find Flip Deals? I must have missed that book. I didn’t know that was included with the membership.
    Can’t wait to read it.

Thank you for having great patience with me and writing very long and detail responses.

    Ok thanks.

    Jackie,
How do you compensate the estate sale company for the referral (lead)? Good Idea, never would have thought about approaching them.

    Jackie,

What is the main difference between a “Sandwich” lease option and just a “Master Lease”? What you describe above seems to be the same
thing? I’m sure it not, but would like to know the difference please.

Is estate sales companies and real estate auction companies the same thing? I googled estate sales and most are auction companies.

    Thanks for answering my question.
