The video seems choppy or will not fully load.
If you have a slower internet connection it may be necessary to let the video completely load before you try to watch it.  Here's how:

If you will click on the play (>) button then immediately click the pause button, the video will continue to load. When you see that it is 100% loaded, push the play button again

This should solve the problem

How do I download audio or video?
To download audio, you can either click on the down arrow provided in the media window (on the bottom right of the window, next to the horizontal scroll and volume control), or you can right click on the download link provided in the media and select "Save Target As."  Some videos and audio are not downloadable at this time.

How do I download the audio of the site onto my Ipod or MP3 Player?

Step #1 - Download the Audio.

To download cashflowdepot.com Audio, first go to the page containing the audio you wish to download.  If the audio is downloadable, there will be a link provided that reads as follows.

"Right click here and select "Save Target As" to download the audio."

Right click on that link with your mouse, and when a drop down menu appears, select the option "Save As" or "Save Target As." You will then be asked where to place the audio on your hard drive. Select a place that's easy to remember, then proceed to Step 2.

Step #2 - Inserting Audio into your Ipod or MP3 player.

Once the CashflowDepot.com Audio is downloaded, you can add the audio to your Ipod or MP3 player in the same manner you would add music to the device.

Generally, in order to do this, first you must connect the device to your computer, at which point you will notice that a new disk drive has appeared in your "My Computer" menu. This new disk drive represents your connected music player. Once you have the new drive accessible, go to your CashflowDepot.com Audio file,  copy it (right click and select copy), go back to your music player hard drive, enter the drive, and paste  (right click on any blank area in the drive, and select paste). You should now be able to unplug your Ipod or MP3 player from your computer, and listen to CashflowDepot.com on your music player.

Alternatively, you might be able to send files to your music player by right clicking on the Jack Miller Audio file, and select "Send To - X" where X is the name of your personal MP3 player or IPod.

The video/audio still doesn't load.
Your computer might lack flash players necessary to play the media on the site.  One such flash player which has been proven to operate the media on this site is Adobe Flash Player 9.  You can download this software for free by clicking on the link below.

To download Adobe Flash Player 9, click here.

Alternatively, you may need to clean out your temporary internet files and refresh the media player.  To do this within Internet Explorer, go to Tools - Internet Options, then within the "General" tab, under Broswer History, select "Delete" and opt to "Delete All."  Then refresh the page by clicking on the refresh button (should appear like two green arrows next to each other making a circle).

If neither of these steps work, the problem may be inherent to your browser'http://www.cashflowdepot.com/Members-Only/Contact-Us.aspx">Return to the Help menu.
