How do I log in?
Look in the upper right side of the web site, just under the header. Click on the words "Member Login," then enter your user ID and Password.
What's My Username and Password?
Your username and password are selected by you when you first purchase your membership. If you have forgotten your username and/or password, please e-mail us at info@cashflowdepot.com or call us at 888-282-1882, or use the "Forgot Password" or "Forgot Username" features on the Login page.
How do I change my Credit Card Number for my monthly subscription?
Contact us toll free at 888-282-1882, and have your new credit card number and expiration date ready.
How do I cancel my account?
To cancel your account, email info@cashflowdepot.com or call 888-282-1882. If your account has been open for LESS than 30 days you can ask for a full refund. If you don't let us know that your account has been open for less than 30 days, then no refund will be issued. If your account has been open for more than 30 days, you have exceeded the "Money Back Guarantee" offer and no refund or credit will be issued.
I'm logged in, but it says I have no access to the files in the Depot, and/or I can't find the Forum on the top menu bar.
Only paid members to Cash Flow Depot can access the files in the Depot or Forum. If you are not a paid member, you will need to purchase a subscription from the Store.
If you already have a subscription, and still can't get access to the Depot or Forum, your account may have experienced a technical difficulty or billing error. Send an e-mail to info@cashflowdepot.com with your Username and your specific problem, and we'll look into the matter immediately.
The "Remember Login" box doesn't work, even when I check it.
The "Remember Login" feature only works if you do not manually log out of the site. When you have finished browsing Cash Flow Depot, navigate away from the site or close the browsing window. When you return to the site later, you should be automatically logged in.
If the feature still isn't working, please make sure you have cookies enabled with your internet browser.
I get a "Critical Error" when I try to log in. How do I correct this?
You need to clear your cache ( or history) then reboot. Here's how:
