What products can I purchase from the Store?
The store allows users to purchase subscriptions to CashflowDepot.com, downloadable e-books, Real Estate courses shipped as audio CD packages, or registrations to upcoming Seminars.

How do I find what I want to purchase in the Store?
Click on the Store link, and from there, you'll be able to select from various categories.

How do I select a product to Purchase?
Clicking on the product link, product picture, or "Order Now" buttons will allow you to purchase a product.

How do I remove an item in my shopping cart?
Go to your shopping cart, then check the box under the "Delete" option next to the item you wish to remove, then click on the "Update" button just above the "Checkout" button.

How do I go about purchasing a product?
Go to your shopping cart and select "Checkout."

I've purchased an E-book.  Where do I go to download it?
Highlight the "Store" button on the top menu, between the "Resources" and "Help" button, and select the "My Downloads" option from the drop down menu.

I've purchased a Subscription to your website.  How do I activiate it?
Your subscription should be active the moment you finish your purchase, and you should be logged into the website as a member.  You can test your membership by accessing the files in the Depot or the Forum.

What's the Difference between a Monthly and Annual Membership?
You get exactly the same benefits!  The monthly membership is $29.95 per month.  The Annual Membership is $97.00

I just came to the store, and it says I've already got a product in my shopping cart.
The store saves any products you may have put into your shopping cart at any time, and will continue to store them until you either purchase them or remove them from your shopping cart.  To remove the item, go to your shopping card and check the "delete" box next to the product you wish to remove.

I'm trying to purchase a product, but the price is higher than the price listed in the store.
Make sure that you are only purchasing one copy of the product you wish to purchase.  When in the shopping cart, set the value of the object you are purchasing to "1," then press the "Update button."

I tried to make a purchase, but my credit card was declined.
Please make sure that the address you provided for your record matches the billing address of your credit card.  If the card still won't process, click on the back arrow on the shopping cart to imput a new credit card number.

I accidently purchased mulitple memberships.  How do I fix this?

I encountered a billing error when trying to make a purchase.  How do I correct this?
