I got into real estate investing in January 2024, needing to solve a problem with a family property. After learning how to solve it — and creatively acquiring the property two months later — I was hooked on real estate, and particularly, on creative solutions. Since then, I've acquired single and multifamily properties, became a member of a local Real Estate exchangors group, and am enjoying avidly learning from the old hats wherever & whenever possible.
