Started investing in real estate in 2017. Wholesaled a few properties. Rehabbed a couple. Renting one of them. Selling the other on a lease with option to buy. Haven't bought anything in a few years. Looked at a bunch of homes that need rehabbed. Not able to land anything do to being out bid at auctions or someone else offering more for properties listed on MLS. Hoping to gain more insight on landing more deals and finding motivated sellers who need my services.
