Started investing in real estate in 2017. Wholesaled a few properties. Rehabbed a couple. Renting one of them. Selling the other on a lease with option to buy. Just bought a 2-story brick duplex from another investor in town last August 2025. One side pays the mortgage, and the other side pays for the new windows. Looking to buy more duplexes or even a triplex.
