Starting before the crash of 2007 gave me the false impression that I was invincible in Real Estate investing. Post 2007, I realized how much I did not know. After being devastated financially, I embraced the blessing I'd been given in the form of determination. I was forced to become creative in order to recover as well as grow our business. 10 years later, we look back to see over 600 transactions closed in just about every aspect of Real Estate from buying to selling to lending and everywhere in between. I love the deals that nobody else can find a solution for. I currently operate the Central WI REIA and enjoy mentoring others.
