Basic Info

Hello everyone…..I am a 2nd generation Jack Miller-ite…….My father was very involved with Creative Real Estate, won the national Best Exchange Award one year (for a 12-way exchange t/o USA), put me to work as a child remodeling properties he acquired, when I was in college studying Business and another second (double) major, he hired me to be the bookkeeper for his operation and as the property manager for his rentals. After graduation, on my own, in a different county hours away from his, I established my own real estate, property management business, began to renovate/rent out properties, began taking CCIM courses (am a CCIM candidate). During the early 2000's, I asked him how I could learn more about the many many different ways of investing in real estate/building my estate, etc., he told me to talk to someone whose name I had heard often around our home as I grew up: Jack Miller. That was the early 2000's. I began flying around the country, taking courses from Jack and the other teachers, heard about/became involved with Cash Flow Depot, and really enjoyed Cash Flow Depot: found it wonderfully mentally stimulating: ie. becoming involved with/learning from Jackie & the other instructors on Cash Flow Depot. So, from that point on, Cash Flow Depot became a major part of my life: as I ran/grew my businesses, I also spent time on Cash Flow Depot nearly every day, studying the techniques, listening to the audio presentations, etc., found it all extremely stimulating/fascinating, and I began to structure investments with partners etc based on what I had learned. I only wished I had known about it all years earlier, since it is so extremely fascinating to me.
But then, (short story) an unexpected and quite serious family-related tragedy drew me away for a few years, now I finally am able to turn my attention again to matters other than that which pulled me away, and am, very happily, back (ie as of May 2017).
Best wishes for a most profitable and blessed year to all of you!
