I manage the CashFlowDepot website and also take care of customer service and order fulfillment. My background is in digital marketing and I have some experience with web design and development as well project management.
Real estate experience
I was an agent for 4 years then a broker for 4 years. I sponsored a handful of agents and specialized in apartment locating in Austin, TX. I've done a few creative deals (wholesaled two properties and bought one subject-to) but haven't seriously pursued creative real estate investing as a career.
