I have been involved in real estate buying and selling for quite a few years with some success.
I am looking to increase that success with my participation in Cash Flow Depot and networking with like minded members of this group.
Real estate experience
Licensed Real Estate Broker in San Antonio, Texas since 1982.
Survived the RTC debacle in the mid 80's and the 2008 crash thanks to my rental homes. Bought and sold some FNMA and Freddie Mac repos with some success, wish I had bought more.
Real estate goals
Grow my rental home income as well as continue to learn other ways to acquire real estate .
To grow as a student of Jack Miller and Jackie Lange in what they have to share and mentor with me.
