Wife and I bought our first SFH in the mid-1980's
Real estate experience
Wife Ella and I own two (2) single family homes free and clear.
We have one SFH with a mortgage on it.
We own our SFH residence free and clear.
In the distant past, we purchased a 2nd note at a discount and property sold within 4 years.
We have never sold anything.
I've attended two Jack Miller seminars many years ago, in Las Vegas and in Washington, D.C
I listen to Jack Miller CDs several times a year, learning something I've been missing in the past.
I want to do more now because I am semi-retired ( I traveled a lot) and finally have more time.
Real estate goals
Start making money by wholesale flips initially and branching out from there into other areas for profit and, possibly, income streams.
STARTED INVESTING IN REAL ESTATE IN THE MID-1980's…we have been landlords to this day.
