God, Family, Business, Personal Growth. Realtor, Investor, Business Owner. Originally from San Luis Obispo CA moved to Denver in 1997. Enjoy outdoors, fly fishing, golf, and working out. Travel and Beaches are desired destinations. Looking to gain new friendships with CashFlowDepot community and have fun learning and applying this knowledge right away as I'm in my 50's! This year coming up 2021 want to read the Bible daily, enjoy my wife and kids daily with quality time, lose 30 lbs (blaming 2020 Covid), read 20+ books on real estate investing, and execute by applying knowledge gained to obtain a rental property.
Real estate experience
I've been a traditional realtor in Denver, CO since 2002. My wife and I opened a property management company in 2016 LegacyPMCO.com which manages over 200 single family homes. I've done one master leasing deal, one seller finance deal, and sold one note. Stuck the toe in the water and survived each one but saw risks on each one only by doing the deal. Like to gain confidence on pursuing creative real estate opportunities.
Real estate goals
Goals would be to obtain 20 single family home rentals in the next 5 years. Currently have 2 rentals. I would like the real estate rentals to cash flow $20,000/month. I would like to be able to travel by age 58, cashflow coming in and not have to take business phone calls while traveling.
