I have been in real estate about 11 years, I started buying long term keepers, I have also flipped , and done wholesale deals, However my favorite is still to keep adding to the long term hold portfolio. I belive now is a time where we will see a major wealth transfer from those who can buy and hold. (Buy Right is the key). I have made many mistakes and have learned alot, but still have a passion to learn more.
