I have been a home builder most of my career.
I changed direction after the 2009 recession and began focusing on passive income techniques in Real Estate.

I've built over 200 units , homes, condos, townhomes and lots.
I've completeed several fix and flips( least favorite)
Created lots of Notes via Owner Financing( Favorite)
I've also completed 2 mobile home deals ( sold via seller financing)
Real estate goals
I would like to earn enough passive income to retire comfortably using Real Estate as the vehicle.
