Hello. the same question with : When will this coaching call be put up for those who missed it?
    thank you

Hi, Don thanks for your reply.
Yes, the ballon was not a good idea and I will try to avoid it at the next deal.
So far I think it is a good cash flown for me. Getting rent $1250 and payment is $612 without interest.
It was so popular and so much demanding while I was leasing the property so renting will no issue.
    thanks all.

Hi, everybody, First hope everyone and everyone’s family stay healthy and have a wonderful Memorial Day, 2020.
I am from Tampa Bay Area, FL. I am attending our local investor meeting called Larry’s meeting periodically and Peter Fortunato is there every time.
I have a few single-family rentals and believe rent and hold as long term cash flow, residual income, and investments.
Also, I am a licensed realtor. I speak Chinese and English. My niche is the Chinese market.
Because of the meetings, learnings, and especially joined the CFD at Jackie’s site, I am opening my mind with so many creative ways to do RE investment. Here is what I am seeking help from you all.
I have noticed that a lot of overseas Chinese own properties in Tampa Bay area or other states that the properties do not bring the cash flow to them, being vacant for some reason. I just started to post a flyer in the Chinese social media to get those owners attention by saying:
Do you have property here that not rent, not sold, no cash flow but you have to pay taxes, ins. and maintenance costs. I am here to help you and contact me.
How would you market your help to them?
What creative strategies that could use in those needs?

Like one townhouse here, the owner cash bought it 2 years ago and never rented but paying HOA and taxes. At first they wanted me to sell for them then we got the virus going on so right now is put off. How could you deal this case?

Ok, thank you everyone. I am looking forward to learning from you and wish you have a successful RE investment career.
