    Welcome to the CashFlowDepot family!

When I got started in real estate, I’d been a stay-at-home Mom for 12 years. I know what it’s like to wear a lot of hats!

YOU CAN DO THIS!!! Think about your “reason why” and success will follow!
    We’re here to help

    Hello everyone!

I have been interested in investing in Real Estate for a while and never knew about any other options except through institutional loans. I am a freelancer so I felt limited since conventional banks may not be so friendly towards me. I also wanted to invest, so that limited my bank loans even more.

Not sure where I heard about creative financing, but it feels like my world has opened with this concept.

I just took Gary Johnston and Clyde Wilson’s class and had a HUGE mental breakthrough (I was mentally holding myself back through fear and negativity) and now I am ready to study harder to understand the vocabulary and concepts and truly take action.

    Welcome Stefanie

Hi, everybody, First hope everyone and everyone’s family stay healthy and have a wonderful Memorial Day, 2020.
I am from Tampa Bay Area, FL. I am attending our local investor meeting called Larry’s meeting periodically and Peter Fortunato is there every time.
I have a few single-family rentals and believe rent and hold as long term cash flow, residual income, and investments.
Also, I am a licensed realtor. I speak Chinese and English. My niche is the Chinese market.
Because of the meetings, learnings, and especially joined the CFD at Jackie’s site, I am opening my mind with so many creative ways to do RE investment. Here is what I am seeking help from you all.
I have noticed that a lot of overseas Chinese own properties in Tampa Bay area or other states that the properties do not bring the cash flow to them, being vacant for some reason. I just started to post a flyer in the Chinese social media to get those owners attention by saying:
Do you have property here that not rent, not sold, no cash flow but you have to pay taxes, ins. and maintenance costs. I am here to help you and contact me.
How would you market your help to them?
What creative strategies that could use in those needs?

Like one townhouse here, the owner cash bought it 2 years ago and never rented but paying HOA and taxes. At first they wanted me to sell for them then we got the virus going on so right now is put off. How could you deal this case?

Ok, thank you everyone. I am looking forward to learning from you and wish you have a successful RE investment career.

I SOME HOW STUMBLED UPON THIS WEBSITE AND NOW IM LOOKING TO SEE IF I CAN BE THE NEXT JACKIE LANGE.

    Greetings to everyone!
Kon. here from NYC. Was referred here by my local REIA club. I’m here to learn creative financing/options in all of it’s aspects. Fascinated by the subject. There seems to be a worlds of information here from well respected people in the business. It’s an honor to be a part of the community!

    Hello Konstantin

    Welcome to the CashFlowDepot family!

We live in interesting times full of so much real estate opportunity. You came to the right place to learn!

    Hello,
I’m an Army Reserve Chaplain that has been mobilized over the past several years. While at these duty stations, I’ve bought homes and then turned them into rentals when moved to the next assignment. Recently, I’ve started a new permanent position as a Veteran Affairs Chaplain in Huntington, WV. I’m kind of an accidental real estate investor that doesn’t really know anything. While I don’t see myself primarily as a real estate investor, I find myself in the field. This site seems like it might be a way to get some guidance and figure out what I’m dong. Thanks for having me!

    Welcome Michael,
Dig into the material. There is plenty here.

    HI Michael

You’ll find exactly what you need here at CashFlowDepot.com Welcome to the group!!

Hello from Denver, CO. I’ve been a traditional buy/sell Realtor since 2002. My wife and I married in 2015 and she started assisting me with my real estate business and got her license to do strictly property management. We started our own real estate company in Denver 2016 which offers property management for over 200 single family homes and I continue to do real estate sales.

As we are now in our 50’s, the financial independence issue is becoming a priority since I don’t want to sell houses into my 70’s as I see fellow Realtors doing. I’ve taken master leasing classes, creative deal structuring real estate classes, What Box? classes, house hacking classes and ultimately want to find a path of how to buy & hold properties using private money. Currently we own two rentals and looking to obtain a third rental in the next two years. My parents have owned their house for 46 years and still have a large house payment due to refinancing recently and no assets to show for the current situation they are in along with my father is still working jobs at 74. I don’t want to be in this situation in 20 years. The time is now and really like The Bottom Line quote I found from Jack Miller’s Workbook Buying Houses A to Z which is summarized you are responsible for your life and to believe in yourself … no excuses.

We have three children ages 12, 17, and 21 and want to teach them real estate early on to allow time to be on their side. Wish I would have joined the minute I heard about this website about 6 years ago. I bought my 10bii financial calculator after Peter Fortunato’s class about 5 years ago. Excited to be a part of the Cashflowdepot community as a lifetime member and gaining new friendships, new knowledge, and working towards financial independence; ultimately leaving a legacy for my family.

    Hi Jeff

    Welcome to the CashFlowDepot Family!

When the student is ready, the teacher appears! So here we are!

The lessons at CashFlowDepot will help you realize your dreams of financial independence much faster than the traditional methods. As a Realtor, it may require that you “unschool” your thought processes, though.

Being debt-free as fast as possible should be everyone’s goal. This includes living in a house that is paid for (and not used as an ATM machine). Using a VARIETY of different real estate techniques and strategies that we teach at CashFlowDepot will help you achieve these goal.
