    Great new website. I was wondering if you can download the audio version so you can listen in the car while driving?

    This is a sad day. I just attended Jack’s talk in May and listened to some of his cds. Jack Fullerton couple days ago recommended a group of us to seek out the great qualities teachers such as Jack, John and Pete. Jack Fullerton said that go to as much seminar from these people and since they might not be able to teach really long, and they’re the best in the business. And, I was driving home today listening to Jack’s CD and his words still echo in my head. The way he said you ask, ask, ask, and ask, the best negotiator are little children…etc., I’ve learned from him through his CDs. Jack is a great teacher and he’ll be truly missed.

    Our thoughts and prayers go out to the family!!!

    The comps. show that the house is $450.

    So, what alternative way to approach this seller?

    I called a FSBO sign, and found out the owner owns the house F/C.
    He wants to sell and need a 100k cash.
    The house is worth 450k and he sells for 450k.
    He agrees to carry the mortgage for 5years.

    I only would like to pay 1500-1800 a month.
    With the uncertainty in economy, I dont know how the market will turn out in 5years. What’s the best way to approach the owner?:doze:
