Jackie – I truly like the new site. I joined right on time a few months ago and now you’re spoiling us with a brand spanking new state of the art website. I Enjoy the ease of navigation on this site. To answer your questions, we on the west coast here are having a hard time finding deals that are worthwhile. we own 4 homes, one is an Airbnb. sometimes, i wonder if i should 1031 exchange those 4 homes for 12 homes in Alabama. I have only done landlording. I wonder if you can shed some light on the next step to take after owning 4-5 homes that have appreciated so much.Also if i have the $$ should i pay em off ? or should I invest the $$ in let’s say trust deed at 12% or stock market ?

Hello everyone – I’m fairly new member to this site. I have always believed in buy & hold strategy. We own 4 houses. one of them is a vacation rental. We also invest in trust deeds via my SDIRA.
