HI All
I’m letting you know the status of the New site. We still need to transfer some paid members over to the new site so they will have access to the premium training. We should have this complete this weekend. If you are a paid member and don’t see the premium member training when you log in, please be patient. We will get your information on the new site as fast as possible. Unfortunately we had to wait until we went live to do this tedious part of the migration.
I’m working on adding a better description to all the premium training along with a descriptive graphic or photograph. This should be complete by Monday at the latest.
Now, a question for you…
I’m planning the training for the rest of 2016 and for 2017. What topics would you like to learn about the most here at CashFlowDepot?
What are the two things you are struggling with the most in your real estate business? I will make sure we have extra training to help you solve those problems.
Give me the answers to these questions by clicking the reply button below.
Best of Success.. and Freedom,
JackieJackie,
This site is amazing. I thought the old Depot was something, this is light years ahead.
Internet marking is an area I lack in. I know I am going to be overwhelmed by the Seminar in January with information on this, but updates and re dunce makes things sink in.
Don WedeReally like the new website Jackie. What about a topic on how to overcome the “gotta have all cash” pushback that many of us confront when we present offers. It could be part of a CC on structuring offers.
Thanks for all you do for us !
Hank.
Thanks for the feedback. I’m glad you like the new site.
Great idea to have a coaching call about solutions to the “gotta have cash” with sellers. There are many EASY solutions! I’ll schedule this for early 2017.
Jackie – I truly like the new site. I joined right on time a few months ago and now you’re spoiling us with a brand spanking new state of the art website. I Enjoy the ease of navigation on this site. To answer your questions, we on the west coast here are having a hard time finding deals that are worthwhile. we own 4 homes, one is an Airbnb. sometimes, i wonder if i should 1031 exchange those 4 homes for 12 homes in Alabama. I have only done landlording. I wonder if you can shed some light on the next step to take after owning 4-5 homes that have appreciated so much. Also if i have the $$ should i pay em off ? or should I invest the $$ in let’s say trust deed at 12% or stock market ?
Thanks again for all you do.
Excited about our Panama retreat 🙂
Charles
