Hello everyone, my name is Eddie Jung and I am very excited to be a member in this community!
I’m currently an active duty US Space Force officer and I began my investing career November 2024 when I bought my first househack with the VA loan in Colorado Springs. Quickly realizing that renting out rooms in a house requires exhausting property management and that the returns are minimal (if not negative), I turned to social media to build my real estate network and to learn about more lucrative strategies.
In under a year, I grew my social media to over 60k followers which has given me access to deals, debt/equity investors, and partners. You can check out my projects here: @eddiejungle.
I just had a question regarding coaching calls mentioned in the Quick Start Guide:
“2. Join us for the Coaching Calls. They are every other Tuesday night at 7 PM Central. You’ll get a weekly email with a reminder about the call. We interview other successful investors to find out what’s working for them. There will be plenty of time for questions.”
However, I have still not received any information in my email about them. Since I have a lot to learn when it comes to investing strategies, I was very much looking forward to attending these calls and asking questions. Where can I find the details to join these calls? Thank you in advance.

I hope your meeting with Lindsey went well.
Jackie Lang hosted the coaching calls. She gave them up around 2019ish.
Due to a time thing, I do not host weekly calls.
That said, the calls Jackie hosted were recorded and on this site. Some of the best real estate investors are on this calls.
