since most people only know one way to buy real estate, down payment and get a a loan, what do you tell sellers when they ask how much are you going to put down. Or if they see your 3 offers and ask, why isnt there a down payment?

Im just getting started in the option, lease option, owner finance area and currious would your real estate secrets or Jacks option course be better. need to know what contracts to use and how to fill them out, etc
