I agree Jackie!
My brother lost 30 lbs following the principles from that book and my father who is 78 years old and a borderline type II diabetic dropped his A1C level over 1 point which moved him out of the borderline category. That translated into not requiring medication (which causes a whole load of side effects) and also not causing heart/circulatory problems which being a borderline type II diabetic can cause.
