I have an investor carrot website also, and I also have an SEO person not affiliated with them? Why? Their people are way out of my budget. I think some of the training offered is great if you got a few hours a day to dedicate. I run my primary business six days a week, with a limited amount of time. Jackie points out the need to get eyeballs to your site. I have an investor carrot site. They’re beautiful people to work with from the gate. I purchased the multi-site plan which comes with weekly training and a gang of webinars. The site is SEO ready. All you’ll do is a bit of customization. Currently, I’m just using one of my domains for motivated sellers. When it comes time to renew, I’ll be going with the basic package, so I can utilize my budget for getting eyeballs to the site.

I’ll say this after listening to you folks chat. Feeling optimistic. I spent 15 minutes a day writing down my objective for the new year. Wholesaling was not even on my mind until receiving a wholesale deal from a guy who had too many fingers in the cookie jar.
