I thought I would start this thread of the 100 reasons why you want to get out of the rat race and get your real estate business up and running so it can produce monthly cash flow as fast as possible.
1. The daily commute. Weeks of your life spent every year driving to and from your job.
2. Working for money. The jobs gone, the moneys gone.
3. The boss. Everyone’s favorite person.
4. Someone else controls YOUR schedule ( start/stop time and time off)
5. ? ?Now is your turn. Tell everyone your reasons to get out of the rat race.
Let’s try to come up with more than 100 reasons.
