I am shakil, from Bristow, VA.
Does anyone know a good source of learning about 1031 exhange?
I have a property which is overecombered and will be hard to refinance. Currently 464K loan has 5.37% interest until 2009 and house value is ~445K. Pete Fortunate suggests to consdier 1031 Exchange.
Jackie: Can any speaker discuss on future Tuesday conference about this 1031 exchange?
