I just got an email about a Highest Bidder Sale that a member did this weekend. The house needed a lot of work but instead of a rehab which would have tied up tens of thousands of dollars for many months, they decided to sell it AS IS using a Highest Bidder Sale.
There were 26 bidders. After several rounds of calling all bidders to let them know what the high bid was, the house sold for a net profit of $50,000 to a CASH buyer.
A Highet Bidder Sale takes 7 days of aggressive marketing ( most can be outsourced), then a 2 day open house which is about 4 hours each day.
A Highest Bidder Sale is the quickest and easiest way to sell a house and for top dollar… usually to cash buyers.
