A year or so back the topic of short term vacation rentals *and their attractive earnings potential) was very popular at Jackie’s Panama convention. This article in a sense is a very relevant followup. There will always be some city governments in the pocket of the local hotel industry, and reasoning with them will be out of the question. Austin, Texas is another city with that problem. So the guy in this article picked up and moved to Denver. By the way, his book (and several others on the same Airbnb topic) are on Amazon.
