    Hi Jack

    I was wondering what your take is on investing in the Mississippi Gulf area. There are busloads of investors going there buying preconstruction properties. No, I’m not interested but wanted to know what you thought about it.

    Jean,
    I won’t be calling Jack for the ASK Jack Q & A until after the cruise. But I can tell you that he will say DO NOT DO IT! Especially NOT preconstruction anything!!!!!!!!!!!
