Hi,

What has been you all’s experience in trying to flip listed properties(with a Realtor), without having to actually close yourself, by assigning your contract to someone else? I’m talking mainly about nice houses that I would assign to an end user, as opposed to fixer-uppers that I might assign to an investor. Have you found you can work with MLS properties, or not?
