I would be obliged if you could start following the discussion I have started with the current HBS I am conducting in Hideaway, TX; I would appreciate your input. I plan to keep it fresh, and real, making notes of everything I am doing, the problems I am encountering, and the solutions I am coming up with. Anyone, and everyone can participate to keep it alive, so that all the people interested in HBS can learn along with me. So it would be a playbook, and sort of a paint by numbers way of conducting an HBS with a property with many location-imposed constraints.
