    I just read an article in Fortune magazine that home builders are going back to building smaller homes. The days of the McMansion and McMortgages are over.

    They want to keep the prices low enough for buyers to be approved through FHA.

    If you’re still doing rehabs or need to sell to a retail buyer – might be a good idea to follow the leaders.
