I saw a great sign at a car fix it place yesterday –

“the only bad luck is bad judgement”

I’ve heard a lot of people – especialy this yeat – say they have had nothing but bad luck in their real estate business.
But the reality is their bad judgment got them in to the mess they are in.

Just think of all the people who made the decision to jump in to their real estate business without getting a good education – that’s bad judgement
Lack of knowledge gets people in to more trouble than anything.

Making the decision to NOT go to a seminar that could have provided the keys to success was bad judgment

It was bad judgment to sell all houses for the quick buck instead of holding some for cash flow and amoritization.

Some of the thoughts and opinions we allow to enter our brains can be really bad judgment.

The list goes on and on.

For many who think they just have bad luck and never get to where you want to be in life – the reality is they have just made many many bad choices.

But, it’s never too late to turn things around.
