building a buyers list…

    I am attempting to build my buyer’s list or add to it I should say. I am calling “we buy houses” signs and responding to CL adds on “I buy homes cash”. What I am finding is that many of the signs and adds I call are people just like you and me. Any clues on where to find the real buyers?

    go to the foreclosure auction
    those are CASH buyers – ready for deals
