    I have been doing it with a focus on first time home buyers taking advantage of the $8,000 tax credit. Houses have been selling fast and easy and generating nice profits. I will be discussing it in Vegas August 8 – 10.

    This is one of the things I do in my business. A rehabber here in chicago is doing 5 houses a month. Amazing!!

    Just curious if any of the members are doing massive volume of SFR turnarounds. Any strategies you’d like to share?
